RTS unique “Twin Friction” (drive plate) has been developed using a unique flywheel side friction material whilst adopting a segmented pressure plate face. The aramid friction exhibits 50% less wear than a conventional drive plate friction material.This material also reduces the effects of fade. Fade is the decline in the clutch system’s ability to transmit torque as operating temperatures increases. These features in combination with the previously mentioned micro-structure of spheroidal casting and ER2 technology allows the clutch kit to dissipate heat far more effectively, allowing the clutch to run cooler for longer. RTS kit has been designed with a higher clamp load enabling the clutch system to transmit 60% more torque over the standard clutch kit and is suitable for every day driving, fast road and track/circuit racing whilst maintaining user-friendly driving experience. RTS Twin Friction kit has been designed with a higher clamp load allowing.
RTSHD-0015 (Organic) has been designed and manufactured to significantly exceed the original clutch system whilst also maintaining OE pedal effort, thus delivering a torque capacity of 350 lbs/ft of torque.

The Toyota Yaris GR and Corolla GR are both fabulous sporty hot hatches but there are still areas that can be improved upon. The gear shift is just one of those areas, the feel of the shift has a sporty feel however it is let down by the amount of travel in the gear stick. This short/quick shifter set has been developed by Forge to offer a crisp, short, and precise gear changing experience.
Designed and developed by our highly skilled team on the Solidworks CAD system, the CNC machined billet linkage clamps onto a section of the original item to produce a pleasing shortened up and down shift. Our design enables full adjustment and reduced throw of between 40% and 60% which allows the customer to tailor the short shifter linkage to achieve the perfect gear change for their style of driving.
The body of the shifter is manufactured from 6082 aerospace grade aluminium, then finished in black and red anodising for ultimate protection and durability. The machined stainless steel adjuster pin fits perfectly into the existing gear cable helping further to achieve a perfect shift. As with all our products, a set of comprehensive fitting instructions are supplied to enable fitting with no specialist tools in under a hour.

FMSS9 reduces shift times along with the chance of selecting the wrong gear, making it the ideal modification for track day and fast road driving.
Renault hot hatches are well known for having a race inspired accuracy to the way they drive that allows the user to maximise their enjoyment from the road or track. However, the feeling of changing gears certainly isn’t at the same level of accuracy. FMSS9 is an adjustable, well engineered solution to this problem, which makes a remarkable difference especially when changing gears at high RPM.
Fitting FMSS9 is as simple as it can get for a gearbox end short shifter; no specialist tools are required and most importantly the gearbox and OEM gearbox linkage stay in situ. Due to these vehicles being older, the OE linkage can be extremely difficult to remove. Therefore, keeping it in place not only saves both time and money on what would be an involved removal of the OEM gearbox linkage, but also maintains the gear weighting to ensure a smooth shift.
Although FMSS9 was designed specifically for the Clio 3 Renault Sport 197/200, it will fit several vehicles that use the same gearbox (TL4). With FMSS9 being an adjustable kit, it allows for up to a 32% decrease in shift length compared to OEM. This can be adjusted closer to the OEM shift length if required.
3D scanning and 3D printed prototypes helped to develop the best solution for this short shifter. The most important part of the development for a short shifter is to ensure that the shift cables aren’t under further deflection than when connected to the OEM. The 3D Scans allowed us to locate the repositioned ball pin along the same plane as the OEM, and then the 3D print helped us to confirm our findings before taking the design to our in-house machine shop. When reviewing the design, it was clear that the shift cable was going to be under tension, therefore a replacement shift cable bracket was developed for the FMSS9 kit.
FMSS9 bolts over the OEM shifting mechanism, meaning that installation is far easier than other gearbox end short shifters. The full instructions run through how to fit this to the Clio 3 RS platform, however the TL4 gearbox is shared across other vehicles. Fitting can be carried out in around 1.5 hours with a modest tool set on your driveway.

The Twin Dogbone Inserts fill the large voids in the factory lower engine mount with two billet inserts, limiting drivetrain movement for greatly improved strength and a much more enjoyable drive.
What do they do?
The RacingLine upper and lower Twin Dogbone Mount Insert is one of the most affordable and transformative upgrades you can do to your MQB/MQB Evo car.
By slipping the RacingLine Twin Dogbone Insert into the voids of your factory lower engine mount you will stiffen the whole location of the drivetrain greatly to give a much tighter, sharper, more responsive feeling to your car.
Crucially, fitting both the two-piece upper and lower inserts of the RacingLine Twin Dogbone Insert eliminates the bending forces that can cause damage and ultimately failure if just one insert is fitted (as many others offer).
The RacingLine Twin Dogbone Insert limits the compliance of the lower engine mount by filling the large voids with our two billet inserts.
All of the forwards/backwards rocking movement in your drivetrain is controlled by this Lower Mount – fitment of the RacingLine Twin Dogbone Insert adds strength to the drivetrain, helping to protect from future wear and breakages.
The risk of wheel-hop under hard acceleration is almost eliminated as the whole engine and 'box assembly is firmly prevented from juddering when wheelspin occurs and through aggressive gearchages.
Fitment of the Twin Inserts will only add a minimal increase NVH to the car’s characteristics, but most keen drivers love the sense that they are more 'connected' to their car, and the gentle 'growl' that the mount conveys.

The Forge Motorsport short shifter for the Hyundai i20N is an adjustable well engineered solution for those who want to reduce their vehicles gear shift throw.

The 3D Scans allowed us to locate the repositioned ball pin along the same plane as the OEM, and then the 3D print helped us to confirm our findings before taking the design to our in-house machine shop.
As this is an adjustable short shifter, you can easily change shift length with a 16mm spanner. This creates a maximum reduction of over 33% per gear shift. The image below shows the difference between 1st gear when the shifter is in its OEM position and its shortest position with FMSS7 installed, as well as the shifter in situ.
This reduces shift times along with the chance of selecting the wrong gear, making it the ideal modification for track day and fast road driving.
The kit comes complete with everything you need for installation. Fitting can be carried out in around 1 hour and includes a set of instructions.

FORD FIESTA MK8.5 REAR TORQUE MOUNT
OEM engine mounts are designed with very low NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) in mind. While this offers the smooth ride that most drivers desire, it becomes a very limiting factor for those who prefer performance and response. The Revo rear torque mount is designed to eliminate excessive movement, allowing you to reach your true performance potential and get the power down when you need it.
Manufactured from only the best materials, our design team worked closely with industry leaders Powerflex to ensure a product that will perform when you need it most. Polyurethane bushes can perform under the most extreme of conditions, ensuring strength and stability under tremendous pressures. Tuned specifically for energy transfer they offer smoother shifts and limited wheel hop, providing you with a better driving experience and increasing the opportunity to use the power your car has to offer.

HOUSING
Precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade 6061 T6 aluminium, the main housing is extremely strong yet lightweight and offers a solid base to perfectly house each polyurethane bush. Finished with an engraved Revo logo and red Powerflex bushes
PINS
Both pins have been specially machined to safely house the bolts to ensure precise fitment and stop any damage to the polyurethane bushings. The large bush pin is CNC machined from a single billet piece of aluminium and reduces the risk of failure from running multiple parts. The small pin is made from stainless steel to offer greater strength and increase product life.
POLYURETHANE BUSHES BY POWERFLEX
Powerflex utilises a unique formula of polyurethane, custom-designed to ensure optimum fitment in the machined housings. Polyurethane is also resistant to oil, fuel unlike the rubber used in the OEM mount which can lead to perishing and failure. Using two different custom durometer bushings gives the ultimate balance of performance and comfort.
LARGE BUSHING WASHER
Designed to sit the opposite side of the large pin and made from 3mm stainless steel, we have added this washer to reduce the lateral movement of the mount. By limiting the lateral movement it reduces excessive force placed on the bushes and allows for a more secure fixing of the mount between the OE plates.
